Free up space on drive C:

1. Open PCSpruce and press Free up space (Simple mode) or Space in the menu.
2. Wait for the scan. It shows real sizes, biggest first.
3. Items marked safe are selected for you. Others are shown with a short explanation and are never selected automatically.
4. Press Preview, then Fix. Everything goes to quarantine first, so nothing is lost by mistake.
5. Changed your mind? Open Undo Center and restore the whole run.
